Firmino still Klopp’s first choice after contract expires

The new Premier League season has not yet started, and Liverpool has already won a championship trophy. Judging from their game with Manchester City, both teams have made certain adjustments during the summer transfer period.

However, Liverpool’s running-in effect is significantly better, and the powerful center Nunes is also trying to integrate into Liverpool’s system.

Although Liverpool’s lineup has gradually stabilized, there are still many problems that need to be solved.

Previously, many media reported that Liverpool center Firmino may leave the team during the summer transfer period, and the two teams almost reached an agreement, but the latest news confirmed that Firmino is unlikely to leave Liverpool.

In the current Liverpool lineup, especially after Nunes joined, the team’s starting center will most likely not be Firmino. In addition, the Brazilian center is only 30 years old, and he can still find a good team.

However, Firmino has reportedly said he has no intention of leaving and has never approached Juventus, making a deal impossible.

Firmino’s contract with Liverpool will expire next year, and the two sides have not renewed it yet, which is also an important reason why many people believe that he will leave. However, it is not the best chance at the moment, either for Liverpool or Firmino.
